General Business Conditions


§1 Rates


Prices may change due to the risings fuel costs and tax increases.

§2 Payment conditions


Unless other arrangements have been made, the entire amount is due at least 4 weeks prior to the job date.

§3 Cancellation


Cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the job date are free of charge.
Cancellations between 8 and 29 days prior to the job date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days to the job date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

TransFlights will make every effort to fullfill the agreed reservation, but reserves the right to cancel due to unforseen circumstances.
For this situation TransFlights will try to make an equivalent alternative available.

§4 Transportation


TransFlights chauffeurs are trained in security and safety. For this reason all guests are required to obey emergency instructions.

If at any point the TransFlights chauffeur feels a situation or a guest is a danger, the scheduled booking will be terminated.
If the guest is the source of the problem, no refund will be granted and all additional fees will be paid by the booking customer.

§5 Delay


Delays due to customer tardiness may incur additional fees.

§6 Liability of the customer


The customer is liable for any damage that he or his guests make. This is to include both the interior and exterior of the TransFlights vehicle.

§7 Liability of TransFlights


TransFlights provides a roadworthy and reliable vehicle. TransFlights assumes all responsibility for any vehicle breakdowns.

§8 Claim for Compensation


Claim for compensation will be judged on a case by case basis. TransFlights is not responsible for situations involving traffic jams, accidents or road construction. TransFlights is not liable for unforseen circumstances such as a vehicle is not available. TransFlights is liable for situations involving gross negligence.

§9 Job Order


The job order must show the destination and duration. The booking person must pay in advance. Verbal orders need a written confirmation. TransFlights will confirm the contract with an email or in their office.

§10 Jurisdiction


The legal jurisdiciton for TransFlights is Alzey.
